Preparing for your first visit
We want to help you understand your oral health, at home care, and treatment options. Your first appointment will include an examination, and in-depth discussion. To help you make the most of your dental care, we recommend:
- Compile a list of questions you have and concerns you want to discuss
- If you are seeking cosmetic treatment, bring photos of smiles similar to the result you want
- Don’t forget your insurance card, if applicable
- Fill out new patient forms in advance to save time
