Financing, Insurance & Scheduling
Thank you for choosing our practice in Sacramento for your family’s general and cosmetic dental needs. We work hard to ensure our treatments are affordable for patients to achieve the smile of their dreams and reach optimum oral health. Our practice works with patients on financing plans, insurance reimbursement, and appropriate scheduling of appointments during emergency and non-emergency situations.
Our practice will send patients a monthly statement. Insurance payments may take up to four to six weeks to clear. If patients do not see an insurance payment on their account within a reasonable period, a call to our office will allow us to follow up with the insurance company regarding payment on the account. After the insurance has paid their portion, patients are responsible for any remaining balance. We appreciate patients who remit payment promptly, and if financing is necessary, can speak with patients before their actual procedure about the consideration of a payment plan.
