There are several different types of dental insurance plans available in California offering various benefits and payment plans. At Brentwood Family Dental, we understand the importance of finding the right type of dental insurance for you and your family as well as choosing the best dentist. Patients in Oakley, CA and the surrounding areas often ask us about the type of insurance we accept and our payment options. We are happy to explain.
One type of dental insurance in California is provided by Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs), which are dental networks that provide a listing of approved dentists. We provide dental care as a primary care provider based on a contract with Delta Dental (Premier Plan) and MetLife PPO plans. California also offers Dental Health Management Organization (DHMO) plans, which are similar to medical HMOs. With DHMOs or capitation plans, the dentist receives a fixed monthly fee to provide a specified set of dental procedures to an individual or family at either no cost or a reduced price. Since we are not managed care, we do not accept HMO or any other capitation plan. However, we do provide financing plans to patients through CareCredit and Chase. Our staff will also work with you to set up an In House Payment Plan.
We understand the importance of feeling confident about a dental office that can work with you to receive the care you need. Whether it is a tooth restoration or root canal, we do not want you to be concerned about the cost of treatment. We can provide affordable solutions that meet the needs of your smile, lifestyle, and budget.
Mindful of the desires of patients, we strive to provide convenient treatment. We offer 1 hour teeth whitening and 20 Minutes Smile, which involves dental bonding, to accommodate patients during lunch breaks or any other time of the week. We understand time is precious. In a minimal amount of time, we can transform a smile from dull to radiant. We would love to talk to you about treatments we provide to rejuvenate smiles and renew confidence.
