Intro: This patient lost over 100 pounds after a lap band. She was wearing “D-cup”before surgery due to all the excess skin.

Surgery: Mastopexy with breast tissue rearrangement. Small “C-cup” post-op after removal of the excess skin, no actual breast tissue was removed. This demonstrates that brassiere cup size is unreliable and overestimates the actual breast size when the breasts are droopy.
