Dr. Douglas Blose

Dr. Douglas Blose is a respected dermatologist whose special skills can bring out your best skin.

Dr. Blose received his doctorate degree at UCLA medical school before completing a three-year residency in Dermatology at the University of Texas in San Antonio. A Board Certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, he moved in 1986 to Downey, California, where he began teaching in his field.

Since opening his practice in Southern California, Dr. Blose has consulted with patients at a dozen nursing homes in the area, and has served as a staff member for six local hospitals. His dermatological expertise has been shared with many medical students and health care professionals, and his reputation is well known among his peers, hundreds of whom have referred their own family and friends to him for treatment.

Dr. Blose sees every patient as an individual with unique needs. He enjoys getting to know his patients so that a customized skin care plan may be designed just for them.

Deanna Chirco, PA-C

Deanna received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Irvine, graduating in 1996. She then completed further studies at Charles Drew University in Los Angeles, culminating in the receipt of her Physician Assistant Certification. Deanna began specializing in dermatology early on, and she continues to expand her knowledge base through attendance at dermatological educational conferences each year.

Deanna is a true asset to our patients, being an expert in a number of cosmetic and medical treatments, including dermal fillers, Botox, pulsed light technology, and laser treatments. Called "the best dermatology P.A. in the world" by Dr. Blose, Deanna is a member of our team who improves patients' experiences with her friendly, gentle demeanor.

Kimberly Pierson PA-C

After graduating with honors from the University of Washington, Kimberly Pierson finished her Physician Assistant degree in 2004. She has specialized in all aspects of dermatology, and has a special interest in cosmetic procedures. Kimberly is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA). She has many years of experience in lasers, Botox and fillers, and looks forward to serving you.

Dee Perez PA-C

After completing the University of Southern California's PA program in 1997, Dee later received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005. Dee has worked in many practice settings as a certified Physician Assistant over the course of her career. She was trained by Dr. Blose and she joined his team part-time in 2010. She has seen thousands of patients with common and uncommon dermatological conditions.
