Dr. Fadi Edmond Elzayat, DDS

Dr. Elzayat completed his dental training at the Kaunas University of Medicine, Lithuania, graduating in 2002. Before moving to the United States, he practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in his home country. Once in Los Angeles, Dr. Elzayat resumed his education at the University of Southern California (USC). Here, he completed the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists with honors. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2008.

With a high commitment to patient care, Dr. Elzayat continually receives advanced training through attendance at educational seminars, both local and abroad. He also subscribes to prominent dental publications, and stays abreast of the latest dental news as a way to ensure our practice offers patients the best possible choices for dental care.

Dr. Elzayat has received post-doctoral training in the area of dental implants, modern root canal therapy, Invisalign orthodontics, and various other cosmetic dental treatments. His memberships include the San Fernando Valley Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Spartak Delakyan DDS, MS

Dentistry North Hollywood - DR. FADI ELZAYAT, DDS
Dr. Delakyan's educational background begins at Barry University in Miami Florida, where he earned his Master's degree in Bio-Medical Sciences in 2007. After achieving this first goal, he furthered his career by receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles in 2012. Graduating from his institution with honors, he also assisted in pre-clinical courses as a professor's aid.

During his time at USC, Dr. Delakyan gave back to his community by providing volunteer services within several dental clinics in the Los Angeles area. He mastered his dental skills through an externship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Los Angeles County Hospital.

Dr. Delakyan lives with his family in the San Fernando Valley. His professional memberships include the San Fernando Valley Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
