My family have been patients of Dr. Eisner, and more recently Dr. Gaines, for over 30 years and have always been treated with kindness, gentleness, and cheeriness. I can't imagine a better place to have expert dental treatment. Every member of staff makes you feel valued. I had major dental work done due to a bad experience with a previous dentist. Almost all my teeth needed work. Dr. Eisner is an amazing dentist. He is thorough and very detailed to every dental need. I only wish I had met him years ago. Maybe I would still have more of my own teeth. But with that said, I am glad that I finally have him as my dentist. It took almost 1 1/2 years from start to finish and I knew at every appointment I was under the care of a true professional. As for the rest of his staff, I know I am under great care. The team at Sherwood Dental provides an unparalleled dental experience. The admin staff and Harriet are so accommodating and booking appointments is easy and stress free. The hygienists and dentists are amazing and soooo good with kids! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. I have been a longtime patient at Sherwood Dental, actually a patient when the office was still at Sheridan Mall! I have had a multitude of dental needs and now know virtually all the staff at the office. All are helpful, supportive and kind. I have consistently had excellent care. I feel comfortable at the office. Dr Eisner has been capable and informative, excellent with my restorations. With all my surgery and dental correction, I feel I have had great care from everyone! I am embarrassed to say that I hadn't been to a dentist in some time. I decided to revisit Sherwood Dental and call for an appointment. I will be honest with you, I was a bit apprehensive on my first visit. I thought I would be lectured for not seeing a dentist sooner but I was pleasantly surprised when everyone was so happy to see me again after all this time, no questions asked. Now my dental work is often completed with out the need for any freezing. All the staff and doctors show dedication and care to their patients and a visit to the dentist is something I look forward too!! (unlike the majority of people). My children and grandchildren are now benefitting from the services of Sherwood Dental through Dr. Gaines and several friends have also been referred to the office due to the wonderful experiences I have had.
