Dr. Arpana Gupta

Dr. Gupta has 15 years of experience practicing dentistry.
She began her career in India, where she was a professor and head of the
Endodontics department at Subharti Dental College for two years. She then moved
on to practice in California and Massachusetts for the past 10 years.
In 2001, she and Dr. Jain founded a federally funded dental
clinic in Franklin County, a remote, underserved area of Massachusetts. At the
time, she and Dr. Jain were the only dentists in the county treating uninsured
and low-income patients. She was presented with the Health Leadership Award by the county, in honor of her work and
dedication to caring for the underserved population.
When not working, Dr. Gupta enjoys dancing, travelling, and
spending time with her family. She and Dr. Jain are married with two children, Gauri
and Paras.
Her extensive education and certifications include:
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery with Honors at King George Medical & Dental College, India in 1995
- Earned a master’s degree in endodontics at King George Medical & Dental College, India in 1999
- Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantology – This prestigious association is the largest and most respected organization dedicated to dental implants, and Mastership is their highest recognized level of achievement.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Multiple emergency medicine courses
- Multiple EKG interpretation courses, both basic and Advanced 12 lead EKG
- Emergency Airway Management training
