All services are subject to availability. Our services are very popular therefore we recommend that you make your reservations well in advance. Prices, hours and services are subject to change without notice.

A deposit may be required to schedule certain cosmetic and laser services.

PRIVATE PARTIES

The Spa & Laser Center welcomes private parties for bridal showers, birthday parties, book clubs, ladies night out, anniversary events, and private meetings. Please inquire how we can customize your event for a memorable experience.

CONSULTATIONS

We provide comprehensive consultations with a professional multidimensional digital skin imaging analysis and written plan for your cosmetic concerns. Your consult fee will be applied to any procedure or products.

PAYMENTS

At the Spa & Laser Center, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or CASH as payments for our services. We also offer CARE CREDIT for your convenience.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available to purchase for any special occasions. What a great way to say that you care with a gift card for an anniversary, birthday, bridal shower, wedding shower, holiday, congratulatory or thank you gift. Gift cards can be used for spa services, cosmetic services, laser services or for any products in our extensive retail shop.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Because your spa, laser or cosmetic appointments are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify The Spa & Laser Center a minimum of 48 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged at full value.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

How early should I arrive for my spa services?
Please check in at the reception desk 30 minutes before your first scheduled service to fill out paperwork, change and familiarize yourself with the Spa & Laser Center. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.

What do I need to bring for my spa services?
You will be given a robe and slippers to change into before your spa treatment. A locker will be provided for you. Please do not bring jewelry or any valuables.

What is your tipping policy for my spa services?
For your convenience, a 15% service charge will be added to your bill for spa services only. The gratuity will be given to the spa therapists and attendants who served you during your spa experience.

May I bring my child to the spa?
Services for guests 13-17 years old are available. Teen peels, facials, microdermabrasion, manicure, pedicure and make-up services are added to our menu specifically for your teen. Spa guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical, or allergy concerns?
Upon arrival to the Spa & Laser Center, you will complete a brief health history form and a skin care analysis questionnaire. We encourage our visitors to inform us of any pertinent health conditions which may affect their experience at our spa, including the use of our Salt Room and Infrared Sauna.

Can I receive any services if I am pregnant?
Of course. There are prenatal massages (massages are recommended after the first trimester) to help you relax and alleviate and discomfort. Organic facials are safe and effective for pregnancy. Enjoy our chemical free manicure and pedicure.

May I use my cell phone in the Spa & Laser Center?
As a courtesy to other guests and to promote an environment of relaxation we ask that all cell phones, PDA, and pagers be turned off and not used while in the Spa & Laser Center.

Where to lunch?
We can order you a refreshing and healthy lunch and have it deliver for your comfort and convenience while you enjoy your time at the Spa & Laser Center. Please request this service in advance at the time of your booking.

How do I prepare for my cosmetic and laser services?
Each cosmetic and laser service may require a different set of instruction. You will be given pre-treatment instructions at the time that you schedule your appointment. Please request a copy if none is given to you. This pre-treatment instruction is very important to assure that you have a safe and effective treatment session.

If you require topical numbing or anti-anxiety medications, we request that you arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment for your specific instructions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at .
