To create a quick and convenient check-in process for our patients, we have developed a system that allows you to fill out necessary paperwork before the time of your visit. Billing

We want your visits with Dr. Roberts or Dr. Jones to be most pleasant, convenient, and productive. To maintain smooth operations within our practice, we have set up a financial policy.

Insurance information is requested on your general patient information form, allowing us to verify benefits well before the time of your appointment. Should your insurance require a copayment, this will be collected at the time of service.

We are happy to assist you in understanding your benefits if needed. Please remember that payment is ultimately your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.
