I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place for my sick chinchilla. Very warm, and welcoming staff, friendly environment, doesn't feel like a cold hospital. The Vet was extremely nice and helpful, but the only thing that kinda bothered me was that he talked to me for like five minutes, told me okay I'm going to give you this, this, and this, and then left. I still had some questions, even though he seemed to be rushing to leave because it was almost six, I wished he would've showed me and demostrated on my pet the ointment he prescribed. Other than that, I was very satisfied
