I began my career in dentistry with Dr. Cruz in 2004. After 11 years of assisting in the back office I transitioned to Office Manager. It's been such an amazing journey and I am so lucky to be able to do what I love. We truly have the most wonderful patients and staff which makes coming to work such a joy. I live in Rancho Santa Margarita with my husband and our two boys.

Carol graduated from Pasadena City College with an AS degree in Dental Hygiene. Since 1993 Carol has continued to focus her interest and education in dentistry on Periodontal Therapy and learning the science and technology that continues to expand in our specialty. She is passionate about treating each patient with a caring and gentle touch. Her unique qualities of delivering high quality treatment with a gentle approach helps motivate our patients towards achieving better health. Aside from that, we simply love her.
In Carol's spare time she enjoys spending time with her two sons, family and friends, either at the beach, bike riding or trying out new restaurants.

Debbie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental hygiene in 1990 at the University Southern California School of Dentistry. She first began her career in Dentistry by earning a RDA license 1985, which inspired her to become a hygienist. She has enjoyed practicing dental hygiene in Orange County for 25 years. She takes great pride in continuing to help patients obtain optimum health. Her hobbies include; swing dancing, softball, DIY projects and spending time with family/friends.
