Head to toe enhancement
- Liposuction – This is the most effective treatment for spot reduction – removal of fat in zones that do not respond to healthy eating and physical activity. With current tumescent liposuction techniques, fat is infused with a saline solution containing lidocaine for extra comfort. Through very small incisions, fatty tissue is broken up and suctioned away using a thin tube. Liposuction is suitable for virtually any area of the body with stubborn fat deposits – from double chin to upper arms, abdomen, flanks (love handles), buttocks, thighs, knees, and ankles.
- Breast augmentation – More does not necessarily equate to better. Beautiful, natural-looking implantation results require a surgeon with the eye of an artist. Dr. Colon works with the patient to select a size and style of implant that best complements body type, while achieving desired projection and fullness.
- Tummy tuck – Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and repairs weak or separated abdominal muscles. The result is a more toned abdominal profile. Tummy tuck and mini-tummy tuck (focused on the area below the navel) are popular with women who are done having babies, and individuals who have experienced significant weight loss.
About the surgeon
Dr. Nadja Colon is the medical director at CoolSprings. She is also skilled and experienced in creating beautiful results through cosmetic surgery. Dr. Colon worked extensively in breast reconstruction for cancer patients before turning her talents to aesthetic enhancement. She takes special interest in body contouring with liposuction.
