Joseph Cipriano, M.D., FACOG

Board Certified, OB/GYN Dr. Joseph Cipriano is a 25 year resident of Monmouth County. He was born
in Brooklyn, NY and he grew up in Freehold, NJ. Dr. Cipriano attended high school at St. John Vianney
in Holmdel, and then went to Rutgers University. He received his Medical Degree at UMDNJ – New Jersey
Medical School. Dr. Cipriano completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Medical
College. Dr. Cipriano had a private practice in New York for approximately six years before he created
Healthy Woman with his wife, Rebecca.
Rebecca Cipriano, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Rebecca Cipriano is a board certified OB/GYN physician. She grew up in the area of Wyckoff,
New Jersey and attended the Ramapo High School in the community. She graduated cum laude with a
distinction in Biology from Colby College in Maine. She attended Chicago Medical School and received
a Medical Degree and Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition while completing her residency training at
New York Medical College for Obstetrics and Gynecology. In Shrewsbury, she was in private practice for
several years before joining with her husband to build Healthy Woman. Dr. Rebecca Cipriano lives with
her husband, Joseph, with their daughter Colette in Colts Neck, NJ.
Susan Pacana, M.D., FACOG

Board Certified, OB/GYN Dr. Susan Pacana is from Chester County, Pennsylvania where she
attended the Villa Maria Academy. Dr. Pacana graduated with a Bachelors in Chemistry from
Franklin and Marshall College and earned her Medical Degree at Hahnemann University School
of Medicine. She was elected to the Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha and she completed
residency training at The New York Hospital – Cornell University Medical Center. Dr. Susan Pacana
has received her Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She practiced in Rockland County,
New York for several years before joining the team of Healthy Woman in 2003. She resides in Freehold
with her husband Doug and their two daughters.
Neeti Misra, M.D., FACOG

Board Certified, OB/GYN Dr. Neeti Misra attended medical school and did her first residency in
obstetrics and gynecology in her native India, after which she completed an internship and residency
at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, the Long Island campus for the Albert Einstein College of
Medicine. A board-certified Diplomate in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Misra is also a member of the
American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Misra, a Monmouth County resident with a
commitment to her community, is passionate about women’s health and empowering patients with the
information they need to understand the reasons behind their treatment as well as the options
available to them.
Borislava Burt-Libo, D.O., FACOG

OB/GYN Dr. Borislava Burt-Libo grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. She graduated magna cum laude from
New York University with a major in psychology and a minor in biology. She then received her
medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where her medical education
emphasized administering to each patient as a whole individual and caring for one’s health
and well-being comprehensively and thoroughly, rather than treating just one symptom at a time.
Dr. Burt then completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Lutheran Medical
Center in Brooklyn and went on to practice in a private setting in Brooklyn and Manhattan for two
years. Dr. Burt now lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children. She is fluent in
Russian.
Julie Leizer, M.D. FACOG

Dr. Julie Leizer grew up in East Brunswick, NJ and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the
University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She is fluent in Spanish, and specializes with our Spanish speaking
patients. After completing her Medical degree, Dr. Leizer underwent four years of training in Obstetrics and
Gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, in
New Brunswick, NJ.
Nicole Palomar, M.D., FACOG

Board Certified, OB/GYN Dr. Nicole Palomar was born and raised in Queens, NY. She has
always had a strong interest in helping others, but her volunteer and work experiences
with underserved communities in the Philippines cemented her desire to practice medicine.
Nicole obtained her medical degree at De La Salle University in the Philippines and completed
her OB/GYN residency at Jersey City Medical Center, where she graduated as chief resident.
She is fluent in Tagalog. The training opportunities in both countries have made her a
well-rounded physician in her specialty.
